I just found this on a site! One night Jarrett, Adam, Beni, & I went to 3rd street Promenade and saw this Rat Cat Dog (which has been the inside joke of Adam & Jarrett ever since). When Beni asked the guy how he got them to do this, he went crazy on this tangent of why can't man kind do this, at which we slowly walked away in fear of the beggar...sheesh.
