It is absurd to be put on hold for five minutes and actually think that Aaron Neville will sooth this waiting process. Really? I mean is this voice supposed to make my holding seem that much faster? I will say, though, that it did make me giggle because Adam, Jarrett, Beni and I all had a joke where we would sing “I don’t know much, but I know I love you” in his voice. LOL…oh so great!
